Inspired by the miners from Deal who were affectionately known as sooty foots, this 8.2% stout is like liquid velvet with fantastic depth and richness. It’s a straight up stout - no adjuncts needed here. It’s smooth, with a slight sweetness from the malt profile, hints of roast coffee and cocoa notes, and delightful caramel and cocoa on the finish.
