A strong and silky 8% double IPA. Heavily hopped with Talus, Simcoe, and Mosaic, and fermented with London Ale III. Big! Collab with our buddies from Villages. This was a special brew for them, not only their first double IPA, but it was also their first collaboration beer made in-house. It was great to see what their brand new brew house could do and boy oh boy... What came out of that day was a smooth, big beer, for a SMOOTH BIG CAT.
