This year, we’ve also used our learnings from the last couple of TIPAs we brewed, and changed things up by slightly lightening the grist, to get an even brighter colour whilst keeping the same thick mouthfeel y’all expect from a 10% hitter! On the dry-hop side of things, all 30g\/l goes in post-fermentation, starting with Mosaic and Azacca, followed by Galaxy the next day at a cooler temperature to get the most out of it. The result?
