Brewed with Kevin, John and the team at the brewery on the edge of the New Forest last month, we selected Citra for its unrelenting juicy & pithy tones and Simcoe for its fiery pine & stone fruit flavours. Plenty of wheat in the malt bill provides a hefty body and fermentation with London Fog yeast rounds off the beer with additional stone fruit esters.
