A vivacious skin contact Pinot Gris produced by up-and-coming winemaker Natasha Williams. The handpicked fruit ferments on skins for approximately 10 days with two punch downs each day to encourage extraction, which gives this wine it’s striking salmon hue, gooseberry/citrus aromatics and gentle chalky texture.
