A traditional "white" Piedmontese grappa un-aged, and the result of the distillation from the fragrant pomace of Barbera grapes from vineyards on the hills of Monferrato.
Transparent with an oily aspect, intense and characteristic aromas of the traditional Piedmontese grappa with hints of ripe grapes, pomace and vine shoots. In the mouth it is soft and smooth with accompanying strong and fragrant flavours.
