A blend of Herefordshire bittersweet cider varietals, keeved & racked 6 times during fermentation to give an off dry gently sparkling Pét Nat cider. Deep orange coloured liquid, pours with gentle fizz. A very fruity nose-ripe, rich apple. This explodes in a fruity taste with nice sharp zing. Pithy and fresh with nice bittering pip in the finish.
