The apples for this cider came from orchards that lie between the two rivers Brue & Sheppey, in Somerset. They link the small towns of Bruton & Shepton Mallet, & encircle the village of Pilton, Glastonbury Tor & an archipelago of apple orchards. They define a unique terroir, famous for generations of West Country cider production.
Crisp Jonagold apples brings fresh, crisp apple flavours, whilst an orchard blend of bittersweet varieties brings a tannic structure. The keeving process has been used to preserve a natural fruity sweetness.
