A super dry rustic Farmhouse Table Beer brewed with our friends at Ideal Day Family Brewery. We have utilised raw unmalted wheat and Golden Promise malted barley alongside an excuisite lot of Hallertauer Blanc hops, but it's the expressive yeast character that leads the charge with this one. Rustic and beautiful.
