A combination of European wine and American bourbon oak casks have aged a mixture of Pale and Dark Sour beers for between 1 and 4 years. 8 Barrels, hand blended by 8 people for 8 hours on the 8th February to celebrate our 8th Birthday!
Offering up tasting notes of vinous, vibrant tart cherries with a hint of chocolate and a healthy dose of fresh farmhouse funk, we're incredibly excited to present a blend that matched and exceeded our celebratory ambitions.
