A savoury Montepulciano rosé originating from vines planted over 40 years ago, that have never been treated with herbicides or pesticides. Handpicked and spontaneously fermented, without filtration or sulphur this is wonderfully fresh with crunchy tannins and aromas of wild strawberry and cherry. With a good lick of citrus acidity think something halfway between fresh rosé and beautifully lightly extracted red.
