DELIVERY
Delivery is free on orders over £60 or £7.99 below to addresses on the UK Mainland.
Orders within the M25 are shipped using PACKFLEET. All other orders are sent via PACKFLEET and their partner's DHL. All orders are Express delivery, meaning your order should arrive the following working day if ordered before 12pm or within 2 working days. Though, our PACKFLEET London service is eligible for Saturday delivery as standard.
Once your order has been prepared for delivery, your courier will contact you directly via SMS/Email with a tracking number and further details.
COLLECTION
Orders placed before 12pm will be ready to collect the same working day from the Wood Street Depot (E17 3LX) or otherwise the next working day thereafter.
If you would like to collect from another Clapton Craft store, we can arrange for your order to be transferred over each Friday. Please note that as a result this process can take up to 5-10 working days.
Once you receive your order confirmation please reply via email with your chosen store to collect from.
