FESTIVE INFORMATION

We will be dispatching orders throughout the festive period until December 23rd, with service returning again on December 29th for any last minute NYE orders.

However, we do recommend getting your Christmas and NYE orders in by Thursday 18th December if you're based in the mainland UK in the event of any external courier delays.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free on orders over £60 or £7.99 below to addresses on the UK Mainland.

Please note all orders are now processed via DHL.

We offer Express shipping as standard, with all orders placed before 10am collected the same working day, meaning delivery within 1-2 working days. Please note we can no longer offer free Saturday delivery as standard to all London addresses.

Once your order has been prepared for delivery, your courier will contact you directly via SMS/Email with a tracking number and further details.

COLLECTION

Please note that our last collection date for orders in 2025 (outside of Wood St) is Tuesday December 16th.

Orders placed before 10am will be ready to collect the same working day from the Wood Street Depot (E17 3LX) or otherwise the next working day thereafter.

If you would like to collect from another Clapton Craft store, we can arrange for your order to be transferred over each Friday. Please note that as a result this process can take up to 5-10 working days in rare circumstances.

Once you receive your order confirmation please reply via email with your chosen store to collect from.
