Brewery Of The Week
Increasingly tough to find in the capital, despite a rising status amongst the heads, we're proud to have championed cult heroes Time & Tide pretty much since day one. Based on the stunning Kent coast, they honed their craft with an array of sluggable stalwarts, and having found their footing they've been churning out some brilliant haze, triple fruited sours and crispy lagers.
As such we're delighted to have five freshies live and direct from the crew. Bestseller Spratwaffler is back, and tasting better than ever. Clocking in at just 3.7% this oozes citrus with hints of vibrant grapefruit. Soft, juicy and super suppable, it's a feat of flavour to volume brewing. A little more grassy, and a touch more crisp their SIPA Urban Goose also returns in fine form, alongside their effortlessly drinkable, and impeccably clean Unfiltered Helles, Lighthouse Lager. For those looking for something more on the wild side Bouncy Bouncy Elephants is an imperial mango and passion fruit sour. Tart, zingy and brilliantly hiding it's boozy weight, comparisons to a pornstar martini are not far wide of the mark. Dialling up the dank factor to eleven, Ham Sandwich rounds off the drop superbly. A New England IPA packed with Mosaic hops think big tropical and stone fruit flavours, alongside floral pineapple fun.
