After FAR too long, we finally have a full (rather mega) drop from Pastore landing across the grounds, making them a shoe-in for Brewery Of The Week status.

Springing from rural Cambridgeshire, we were lucky enough to get some of the very first beers from father-son team Chris and Ben Shepherd (Pastore in Italian) way back in January 2020.

Arguably some of (if not) the finest Sour suppliers in the UK, their funky Wild Ales match the complex, acid-driven flavours of greats like Burning Sky or The Kernel, though they can also deliver fruit-forward pastry perfection to rival your Vault City’s of the world.

And, after two collabs made with these sour soulmates, we can say they’re the real deal having got up close and personal.
