Swiftly rising to our second top-selling brewery in 2025, it's no surprise you love Beak just as much as we do.

Establishing themselves at the centre of the UK scene with their award-winning taproom and street food canteen, set against the magnificent cliffside of Lewes, they really are a bucket-list destination brewery.

Becoming world-renowned for their hoppy New England styles, they've also since set up the epic These Hills Festival, arguably the best in its class...
As such, it was an absolute honour to work alongside them on our 12th Anniversary IPA, Silk - and we can't thank the team enough for their continued support.
We've been shouting about our brew day to anyone who'll listen, all April, but suffice to say this is a luxurious, silky smooth number fit for the occasion.
Founded on a fluffy body of Pale, Oat, Wheat and Chit Malt, this has a wonderfully thick, velvety mouthfeel, with a subtle residual sweetness.

Saturated with fresh Strata, as well as their new hand-selected Citra and Mosaic hops, Silk is bursting with radiant tropical fruit. Think pithy white grapefruit, luscious strawberry and ripe mango aromatics.

Wrapped up with a zingy, smooth bitterness, and just a tinge of sherbety bubblegum brilliance from their house yeast, it combines precision and pungency beautifully.
Of course, we've got plenty of frothy favourites from Beak with 10% off 6+ Online or Double Loyalty Points in-store alongside Silk.
Dest is present and Pilsner-correct, while Hum is classic Beak with lashings of hops paired alongside a voluptuous body. We also have their trademark IPA Parade, which is brimming with fruity candy vibes, as well as Nolia, their awesome AF project sporting juicy and hangover-free flavours of apricot and lime mojitos.

Continuing on the sessionable front, Table Beer Fjords is all super suppable blueberry and overripe cantaloupe, while their latest DIPA Polar, made with OSO from Madrid, is an intensely dank affair not to be missed.
