Formed in South Korea, Bon Bon make alcohol free wines from organic grapes grown in Spain and Germany and de-alcoholised using state of the art technology in Germany that gently removes the alcohol while leaving the essential aromas and flavours intact.
This is the Blanc de Blancs made from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes. Beautifully effervescent and zesty wine a fragrant nose of lemon and lime and a chalky mineral character on the palate.
