A unique Pisco, produced by a single distillation using a copper alembic still, a process designed to preserve the terpene scents of the muscatel variety. Utilising the naturally acidic wines from Limarí Torres this is a more flavourful and aromatically expressive spirit. Brilliantly clear with silver highlights expect an exuberant floral scent with notes of rose and jasmine, with a hint of candied citrus peel. On the palate, it is appetising, full and round, even creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
