First Steps, our Ester Beer has a crisp and complex balance of fruity esters, subtle minerality and grassy lemon character from the hops. The dry and snappy finish draws you back in with a lovely rhythm to its bitterness
Ester Beer is a celebration of the complexity and nuance of flavours produced by expressive yeasts in fermentation. As brewers, our role is to create the colour palette that can then be transformed by micro flora into something far greater and more delicious than the sum of its parts
This beer is named after our youngest son Otis taking his first steps, as he learnt to walk when we created this beer.
