Our biggest beer to date! A collaborative effort bringing in the expertise of two of our favourite suppliers; Yakima Chief Hops and Crisp Maltings.
Layered on a thick, soft malt based we have combined Nectaron T90, Krush T90, Citra Cyro and Krush Hyperboost, with an addition during active fermentation for that biotransformation goodness.
This beer has been brewed for the launch of our Rising Tide beer festival…set in the stunning grounds of Canterbury Cathedral.
