Our most featured headliner to date, we've been singing the praises ofTime & Tidesince day dot, though it's always been for good reason. With a rising status amongst the heads, despite shockingly limited availability in the capital, we've tipped them for great things, and they've delivered time and time again.
As such, this week sees a raft of returning favourites including the mightyFaraway Town, as well as aSpratwafflertrilogy, and very special Double IPA, in turn showcasing some true unsung heroes of brewing.
First to Faraway, and it was music to our ears whenTime & Tideproposed a fifth(!) batch of one of our best selling collabs of all time, sneaking in for the festive season. First brewed in April 2022 to a pretty overwhelming response, it's a joy to bring it back again with fresh season ingredients and brewed on their state-of-the-art kit.
If you're not familiar with our collab cracker this was named as a nod to our journey, origins, and shared influences. With the 3.8% Nelson Sauvin and Citra Session IPA bridging the gap between the hectic hoppiness of the capital and the comforting, full character of the coast.
With a pillowy soft, clean body this is saturated with two top-tier hops, in turn delivering wave after wave of juicy, tropical flavour. Dry-hopped to an extortionate 17g/l (around double the usual for this style!) Nelson Sauvin lends vinous, zingy gooseberry, while Citra contributes sherberty peach goodness for straight sunshine in a can.
Lovingly designed by Greg Stobbs (aka Squirl-Art) you can pick it up now in can form across the shops, and online, with it coming soon to your nearest Growler Refill station and tasting room.
As to those other South Coast crushers for the first time ever we have the full Sprat trilogy. Featuring the OGSpratwaffler(3.7% SIPA), as well asJacked Sprat(5.6%, IPA) andSuper Sprat(7.4%, IPA) this is a triple threat, single hop showcase of everyone's favourite, Citra. Oozing with soft citrus, lychee and passionfruit goodness, these are just an absolute treat.
Further adding to the full rainbow of juice, we have much-loved Tinsel Town, which has been amped up to the 6% mark, as well as DIPARising Tide.
This was brewed for their inaugural festival of the same name, which took place just last weekend in the stunning surrounds of Canterbury Cathedral. Their biggest beer to date, this collaborative effort brings in the expertise of the mighty Yakima Chief Hops and Crisp Maltings for a thick, pillowy, dank and delicious number.
Rest assured, whatever hoppy heaven you pick up, there will be10% off any 6+ online, ordouble loyalty points in-store. So, dig in, we certainly will be!
