Knocking our heads together we came up with a proper Cali throwback, with a twist of fruity fun for Summer, inspired by some of our favourite US craft beers that first came out the gate.

For a solid malty foundation we chose IPA Malt and Cara Gold to add residual sugar, sweetness and body, with a dash of Dark Crystal for subtle treacly toffee fruit flavour.

Leading with punchy citrus from classic hop Cascade and piney resinous depth from Simcoe, this is bright, bold and bursting with character. To round things off 50 litres of Blood Orange concentrate (rather than puree, to add cleaner flavour) was added at the same time as the dry hop to layer in zesty undertones.

Culminating in a crisp bitterness meeting juicy fruit, this finishes dry and refreshingly sharp for a marmalade-like, sunshine-ready blast of goodness!*

Naturally we've got a handsome range from the Drop Project team to support our new collab cracker. Hazy mainstays like Crush are present and correct, with super suppable table beer Scoff, and moreish Helles Lager Strike well worth a look.
