The twist on this beer is use of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from Freestyle Hops, who are one of the highest regarded NZ hop suppliers in terms of aroma impact. We will also be using their liquid hop product HopKief, (Nelson variant) which is dosed in the packaging tank to give the hop aroma a big lift.
