Tillingham is the brainchild of winemaker Ben Walgate who crafts natural wines from his 70 acre farm near Rye in East Sussex.
A deep, blood orange colour with rose petals and cardamom on the nose, akin to red vermouth. Fresh acidity with a shimmering fruit character of crunchy cranberry and bunchy characteristics on the palate. A wine for all seasons…but mostly summer.
