Domaine l'Epinay has been in the Paquereau family for four generations. Viticulture became the sole activity of the Domaine when Albert and his wife Odile took the reigns in 1973 and since the early 2000s their children Cyrille and Sylvain, have run the estate. In 2011 they began conversion to organics and won an award for their organic Muscadet, which spurred them on to convert the entire estate to organic agriculture.
Soft, supple and easy-going table red. De-stemmed and macerated for 7 days in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, limiting extraction of tannins.
