Initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, Lazy Ace boasts a velvety mouth-feel enriched by notes of sweet vanilla, caramel, toffee, honey, and a hint of coconut, complemented by a delicate touch of spice. Charred to level 4, or alligator skin texture, this infuses the whiskey with deep sweet, spicy, and smoky flavours that enhance its character.
Additionally, the Ace-ing process involves resting the whiskey in American rye casks, introducing bold, spicy, and herbal elements alongside notes of orchard fruit.
