An extremely rare 10-year-old single barrel bourbon from Rebel, made with a high proportion of wheat in the mash bill. Aromas of chocolate, charred oak, blackcurrant and burnt sugar fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon, caramel, cookie dough, vanilla and black pepper throughout the palate.
