Brewed in collaboration with Crisp Malting and Yakima Chief Hops to showcase hop expression and texture in equal measure, this beer is big, bold, and beautiful — bursting with creamy mango, pulpy papaya, and a lush, velvety mouthfeel.
We’ve loaded it up with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Idaho 7, and Krush Hyperboost, driving a massive 33 g/L dry-hop charge for full flavour saturation.
This beer has been brewed for the launch of our Rising Tide beer festival…set in the stunning grounds of Canterbury Cathedral.
