Organic Verdeca by the litre from young vines grown in clayey silt soils in Acquaviva Delle Fonte, Puglia. The grapes spend 14 days on skins before ageing in stainless steel vats. A lean and refreshing expression of Verdeca with stone fruit and honeydew melon notes backed up by crisp green apple acidity.
