A decade of Pastry when it comes to Barrel aging and adjuncting. It is stout that we barrel aged on different kegs (see below) and after that blended them together. Finally, we have enhanced the beer with roasted coconut, vanilla from Madagascar and peanut aroma for an incredible taste experience and balance. Barrel Aging: 36 months on Knob Creek barrels. 30 months on Old Forester barrles. 30 months on Heaven Hill barrels. 26 monthts on Woodford Reserve barrels. 26 months on Jack Daniel’s Tasters Selection Hickory Smoked barrels. 23 months on Woodford Reserve Barrel Finish Select Double Oak barrles.
