The Aviator is classical in style with a seamless integration of fruit, oak structure and bouquet, hallmarks of truly great world class Cabernet Blends. A very elegant rich wine showing lovely delicacy and depth. The grapes were brought into the winery at perfect ripeness where traditional Bordeaux winemaking practices are combined with methods that enhance the best of our Bridge Pa terroir. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc, 8% Merlot, 2% Malbec.
