This family of artisan winemakers has been living in the heart of the Fuissé village since at least 1668. Now run by Christophe Thibert, his wife Catherine and her sister Sandrine there are 20 hectares farmed in total, with 95% planted to Chardonnay, and all farmed along organic lines.
Here the old vines (averaging 75 years) bring a vibrant, deep bouquet of nutty fruits and rich honey. Full-bodied, with a long finish this is a big bottle, for a big occasion.
