Orange wine made from a local strain of Malvasia and a touch of Trebbiano, macerated on skins for 3 days and aged in concrete for 10 months. Spicy and earthy with tea, quince, apricot and dried flower aromas. 

Podere Sassi is located in Tarano (Rieti) in Lazio, precisely on the western edge of the Sabine Mountains, sheltered by the Lazio pre-Apennines and right on the border with Umbria. Their land is located at an altitude of about 300 m s.l.m. and the vineyards have their roots on soils characterized by a succession of clays, sand, silt from the Plio-Pleistocene period. All their wines are the result of the work of the hands in the vineyard and in the cellar, without any other external intervention.Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no temperature control, no enzymes or yeast added, the wine is not filtered, no sulfur dioxide is added.
