You could be me and I could be you; always the same and never the same—tell me, where do I exist? We're just... im-ma-ma-material, immaterial. With our new brewery, we can be anything we want—and we can brew anything we want, how we want. Immaterial is a gorgeous, soft pale ale hopped with UK Cascade, Amarillo, and loads of Simcoe. It's one of the first beers out of our new brewery, and we couldn't be prouder. Aroma: lime, grapefruit, tinned peach, and red berries. Palate: a soft fluffy body with gentle and refreshing bitterness, with citrus, stone fruit, berry, and pineapple character.
