Having worked with these pillars of the local Sussex scene since 2021, we pilgrimaged to the cliff-y coast to work on something we could call our own. With a mastery across the style spectrum, we finally settled on a bright, West Coast Pale Ale, and our first ever GF beer to make it accessible for all in the collaborative spirit!
With an equal love for all things music, Deep Sounds is further inspired by the SOFAR channel in the Pacific where the speed of sound is at its minimum and noise carries for miles without dissipating. Similarly, we hope this will leave good vibrations for some time.
A lean, clean malt base allows this moreish West Coast Pale's hops to shine. Here Citra, Chinook and Simcoe contribute a healthy lick of fleshy citrus, pithy grapefruit and bitter orange-marmalade flavour. Crisp and crushable this is the ideal Spring smasher, built for a supping reload.
