After six months slumbering in Buffalo Trace barrels, Stoutzilla BA awakens — even bigger, even bolder, and ready to take the world by storm. For Stoutzilla’s barrel-aged 11% abv sibling, another helping of extra dark malts fortifies the base recipe along with even more of the precious bourbon-barrelled-beer, creating a jet-black, full-bodied stout lavishly infused with cocoa nibs and locally roasted coffee. Velvety and rich, it delivers layers of chocolate, cold-pressed coffee, and vanilla sweetness, evolving into waves of warming bourbon notes and subtle smokiness and oak from the barrels. This year’s vintage is unique, crafted from a blend of freshly charred American oak and wet Buffalo Trace barrels, giving it unmatched depth and complexity.
