One of our absolute favourite producers, and friends, Braybrooke Beer Co. are a brewery in the British countryside making high quality lagers to exacting principles, including our own house Helles.
And, to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, we've collaborated on a very special hop-forward Lager!
This Pilsner is made using 100% German Pilsner malt which gives a pleasant bready and malty base. We added New Zealand grown Motueka hops for their unmistakable floral notes, and Tango hops, sourced from the Locher Hopfen Farm in Germany, for their fruity flavour and moreish character.
The beer was fermented with out in-house Lager yeast at slightly higher temperatures than usual using reverse osmosis water on our state-of-the-art brewing equipment and then Lagered for six weeks.
The result is a fresh take on the classic Pilsner Lager with layers of herbal and fruity aromas from the generous amount of NZ and German hops with a pleasingly bitter finish. We hope you enjoy!
