A Wit Bier brewed with our friends from Fife, Futtle. Brewed with organic Hallertau Tradition hops, malted barley, raw wheat from a landrace population grown on the Balcaskie estate and seaweed foraged from the East Neuk of Fife adding depth, and a slight salinity to this twist on a classic style.
