For the first of our Birthday beers we teamed up with London's finest, Gravity Well for a big hazy IPA. Atomic Theory is loaded with wheat and oats for a soft and silky body. A base of Citra is paired alongside some of the finest NZ hops we could get our hands on including Eggers Nelson Sauvin and Motueka and Freestyle Rakau.
