Saperavi is a unique Georgian variety with red juice (usually clear) as well as red skin. Immense dark fruit power (ripe blackberry, dark plum, black cherry) with high natural acidity, muscular tannins, and savoury notes of black pepper, liquorice, leather and dark cocoa.
