Natural orange wine by the litre from biodynamic evangelist Valentina Passalacqua who makes low intervention wine in the calcareous Kimmeridgian soils of Gargano, Puglia. This is an 11% ABV citrus delight with vibrant orange blossom aromas overlaid with chamomile and a touch of candy apple.
