An exclusive cuvée for Clapton Craft and our sister wine shop Gnarly Vines , this is 100% Xarel·lo made from dry-farmed, high-altitude vines grown at 480m above sea level. Mineral and saline with fine citrus, wild flower and spice aromas supported by mouthwatering acidity.
Produced for us by Celler Cal Costas, a fourth generation family estate working organically with indigenous Catalan grape varieties in the fossil rich, calcareous soils of the Alt-Penedès.
