Predappio is a small village in Emilia-Romagna where Chiara Condello has 5 hectares of Sangiovese vines growing in the calcareous soils in the foothills of the Apennine mountains.
Viticulture is organic and Chiara works with long, slow fermentations to produce a vivid, intense Sangiovese with lifted aromas of sour cherries, tobacco leaf, tar and violets.
