ARENSBAK is a Copenhagen-based producer that has become a leading name in the wine proxy movement. Founded in 2020 by Christian Arensbak, the brand was born out of a desire to create a non-alcoholic beverage that possesses the complexity, structure, and vinosity of fine wine without simply removing alcohol from a finished product. Instead of de-alcoholizing wine, ARENSBAK builds flavour from the ground up using fermentation science and the New Nordic culinary philosophy.
Alcohol free white wine proxy made with a rare fermented tea base and an array of flora and fauna including quince, melon and lemon thyme. Floral, bright and dry with great texture and a touch of tannin on the enticing finish.
