Join us at Clapton Craft Kentish Town for a seated guided tasting hosted alongside the team from Beak Brewery.
Across the evening we’ll be pairing four Beak beers with four carefully selected cheeses, exploring how hops, malt, acidity and texture interact with everything from aged parmesan to rich blue cheese.
Pairings for the night:
• Dest Pilsner × Parmigiano Reggiano
• Leap Session IPA × Ribblesdale Goat Honey & Flowers
• Silk IPA × Lincolnshire Poacher Vintage Cheddar
• Coffee Imperial Stout × Stilton
