Aromas of acetic sweetness and tart blueberries invite you in for a delicious blueberry bomb. The taste is tart blueberries and balsamic vinegar with a smooth oaky finish. This beer was taken from High Willow, where we added blueberries for extra fermentation, flavour and conditioning. Fermented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillis and Pediococcus blend. Contains sediment.
