We have a great relationship with the Clapton Craft team and were delighted when they asked if they could come for a Field Trip and join us to collaborate on this beer! We have come up with an IPA that has all the classic West Coast vibes, chewy malts, dank bitterness and vibrant grapefruit and berry top notes. The beer is multilayered in its hopping regime with Columbus and Centennial being used through the boil and whirlpool, Mosaic Cryo in a hop dip, followed by a combination of all three hops in pellet, cryo and liquid form to create a complex and moreish IPA.
