Chateau Barouillet is a family affair going back a whopping 8 generations. Converting to Organic viticulture in 2010 thanks to Vincent Alexis alongside his father and grandfather, they control 45 hectares of vines throughout Monbazillac and Bergerac.
A fragrant fan favourite, Splash! is inviting and invigoratingly lively 9% Pet Nat. Zesty lemon and lime aromas appear at first with a touch of cut grass and plenty of fizz.
