Will and the team visited us for the brewday, we decided on adding corn to the grain bill to make this a super light and crispy one for the final summer months, with Ariana hops to add a subtle gooseberry freshness to the clean profile of the beer.
After our customary cold, slow fermentation and five weeks of lagering, the end result is a classic lager with a Braybrooke touch: light and smooth with a crisp finish, balancing the German hop aroma and just the right bitterness.
