Cloudwater x The Veil | Chubbles 53°N | DDH IPA

Some say it travelled to earth from the farthest edge of the solar system. Others say it was formed by a cosmic explosion. No matter its origins, the legend of Chubbles continues to grow. Our annual collaboration with The Veil is a supernova of modern hop flavours, brimming with ripe tropical fruits, yet powerfully dank and resinous. It was the first Triple IPA we brewed, back in 2017, and remains a marker for our approach to this uncompromising and intensely aromatic style.

Big flavour in a smaller Chubbles, the 53°N iteration is a DDH IPA version of our much-loved collaboration with The Veil Brewing Co. It fits neatly in the Chubbles line-up, offering an out-of-this-world flavour profile in IPA form. With Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado used initially in the brewing process before layering up the flavours with the addition of Citra, Enigma and Nelson Sauvin, we have a mouthwatering punch bowl of succulent tropical fruits.
