A small-batch mezcal made in the Miahuatlán region of Southern Oaxaca by Felipe & Ageo Cortez. This is made from 100% Tepextate agave, fermented with natural airborne yeasts for 5 days in an open topped wooden vat. An umami bomb with green pepper, fresh corriander, Jalepeno and seaweed. A clean and fresh pallet with a long and constantly evolving finish. A phenomenal spirit.
