We can't help ourselves, we've gone and brewed another modern West Coast IPA - this time in collaboration with the lovely people from Two Flints. Leading the charge on the hop front is a relatively uncommon new hop from the US called Elani that we were super excited to try. Complimenting Elani is a big hit of Peacherine, which we've loved in hazies and really wanted to try out against a dry, clean backdrop. We love how this turned out - we're getting bright citrus, peach and a touch of pineapple. Delightful!
